Delivery and Shipping

• Standard Australian delivery on small size orders: $25.00  5-10 business days
• Hunter Valley In store pick up: We will contact you to organise pick up from our Hunter Valley Store. Flexibility on day and time can be negotiated- however orders must be picked up within 7 days of purchase.

Oversized Items including furniture, pots, pendants and fragile items.

• Please contact us for a quote if you would like to purchase an oversized item at hello@55parrots.com.  
• If your purchase is an oversized item we will contact you to discuss a quote for delivery from our Hunter Valley warehouse.
• You must allow a minimum of 2 working days for a shipping quote to be sent out.
• All local deliveries to the Hunter Valley, Newcastle and Central Coast area will be completed by our own delivery team or through contracted couriers.
• Once agreed the order will be sent out within 5 to 10 business days of the shipping quote being accepted and paid for.
• Orders being sent to remote areas may be subject to large shipping quotes.
